Completed Site Development Projects

The Skooner Gulch Project - Point Arena:

  • A 40 acre parcel. We cleared a 5 acre home site, a pond site and a common market garden site.
  • We milled 60,000 board feet of redwood on site.
  • We advised the customer on appropriate green construction techniques for the building of his new home using material harvested from the site.

The Moat Creek Project - Point Arena

  • A six foot diameter cypress windfall was located on the property.
  • We ripped it, moved it, and milled it onsite.
  • It was used as flooring for a remodel onsite.
